                                                                        DATUM TEMP: -10 °C

If datum temperature is not set to -10º C, press the up (↑) or down (↓) arrows to set the maturity meter to –10 °C. Then press ENTER to save the settings.

Setting datum temperature varies for other maturity meters.  Consult the manual from the manufacturer.
