  • Operates the metal lathes, vertical and horizontal milling machines, vertical and horizontal band saws, surface grinders, drill press, precision measuring tools, and welders.
  • Follows proper operation and calibration procedures for testing equipment, especially the Freeze and Thaw units.
  • Performs basic electronic equipment wiring and repair.
  • Nuclear Gauge Repair and Operation
  • Handles and operates the nuclear gauge properly.
  • Recognizes the proper procedures for leak testing and minor repairs.
  • Practices proper calibration procedures for gauges.
