No refresher. This course teaches participants to learn to use a step-by-step counseling
approach with employees to help them improve their performance and elicit a change in their
behavior. Topics include: using active listening techniques, confronting problems
effectively, enabling employees to take responsibility, giving positive and/or negative feedback, and using an 11-step plan to coach for improved performance.
