No refresher. This course focuses on preventing sexual harassment in the workplace. Participants learn about their supervisory responsibilities in dealing with harassment on the job. Topics include: legal interpretations of sexual harassment, employer liability, investigation of sexual harassment, supervisor's role in prevention of sexual harassment, and behaviors that constitute sexual harassment.
