This course is designed to assist supervisors and managers in carrying out their
responsibility of investigating misconduct in gathering information about the alleged
misconduct or rule violation to determine what appropriate action should be taken.
Participants will learn the purpose of an investigation, how the element of just cause
plays a key part in the investigation and how to conduct the investigation.
