No refresher. Participants learn about developing a structured process, which can be used
in making a hiring decision. Topics include: analyzing the knowledge, skills, and
abilities necessary for the position; designing interview questions that are legal;
developing skills for conducting a successful interview; notifying applicants; and making
the final hiring decision.
