    Tim Crouch supervises the two workgroups (Design and Operations) that make up the Traffic Engineering Section.  Functions of this area include:

-Daily sign requests

-Pavement Markings Management Program
-Review and analysis of operational issues
-Small community sign inventory
-Speed studies
-Traffic modeling/simulation
