approximately 6 miles west of West Point, Iowa in Section 33, Township 69 North,
Range 6 West, Lee County, Iowa, on the east side of U.S. 218/Iowa 27 between Lee
County Road J-40 and 155th Street.

Sealed bids will not be considered unless they are made on an appropriate property management bid form. Requests for bid forms (contained within our bid packets) may be made by telephone or email.
The preferred method to submit a sealed bid is as follows.
Upon request, the Iowa DOT will mail you the bid packet for the sale(s) you are interested in via the U.S. Postal Service (regular mail).If time is short, the following bid packet delivery options are available.
Upon request, the bid packet can be emailed or faxed to you; however, the Iowa DOT cannot accept sealed bids via email or fax.Bid packets contain further instructions for submitting bids, with additional terms, conditions and restrictions of the sale.
All bids must be received and in the hands of the property management personnel that will be opening the sealed bids by 1 p.m. on the sale date.
