Mark Dunn
Mark is the Operations Research Engineer. He's a 1993 graduate of Iowa State University in Civil Engineering and received his Professional Engineering license in 1998. Mark concurrently holds the position of Executive Secretary of the Iowa Highway Research Board.Phone: 515-239-1447

Ed Engle
Ed Engle is the Secondary Road Research Coordinator. He's a 1986 graduate of New Mexico State University in Chemical Engineering and received his Professional Engineering license in 2002.
