Office of Motor Carrier Services, IRP/IFTA record retention statement

Effective July 1, 2007, International Registration Plan (IRP) registrants must complete an International Registration Plan/International Fuel Tax Agreement Record Retention Statement and return it to the Iowa Department of Transportation Office of Motor Carrier Services.

By signing the form, the registrant acknowledges they are aware of the IRP and IFTA recordkeeping requirements.

New registrants must submit the form when submitting their IRP application. All registrants will be required to submit the form with their 2008 IRP renewals.
