Reinstatement

To reinstate your IFTA license after being revoked you must:

• Pay all taxes in full;
• File all required reports;
• Submit any records requested;
• File a new application;
• Submit a reinstatement fee ($10) and decal fee (50 cents per set); and
• Post a bond.
