RoadReady Streetwise
Website: http://streetwise.roadreadyteens.org/
This is advertised as a computer game from Daimler-Chrysler to improve the driving skills
and awareness of the players. It is not intended to replace driver's education but
to supplement it. I have not actually viewed it because it won't load on the
operating system currently used by the DOT. The "Info" button on the home
page provides the system requirements and initial download times. Also, be aware
that you must download "Wild Tangent" as a web driver, and that also has system
requirements. As a web driver, "Wild Tangent" will give a computer access
to other games not related to driver education or anything else educational. Care
and observation is advised.
