The Motor Vehicle Investigations Information Line provides a way for the public to request information, ask questions, or file a complaint related to investigative duties and responsibilities.
This line is the primary point of
contact to reach an Investigator who is responsible for
investigations in a specific area of the State of Iowa. To ensure
accurate information is provided, the Motor Vehicle
Investigations Information Line is answered by a Motor Vehicle
Enforcement Investigator.
The hours of operation are Monday
thru Friday 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. As this line receives numerous
calls during the day, please leave a message if the line is busy and
your call will be returned promptly.
