Reinstatement

To reinstate your IFTA license after being revoked you must:

Ÿ Pay all taxes in full;

Ÿ File all required reports;

Ÿ Submit any records requested;

Ÿ File a new application;

Ÿ Submit a reinstatement fee ($10) and decal fee (50 cents per set); and

Ÿ Post a bond.
