AMES, Iowa – The Iowa Transportation Commission today approved a Revitalize Iowa's Sound Economy (RISE) Immediate Opportunity grant application submitted by Poweshiek County. Up to $288,000 will be made available to assist in the construction of right- and left-turn lanes on Iowa 146 south of Interstate 80.
