Iowa Transportation Commission work sessions Sept. 26 and 27

AMES , Iowa – The Iowa Transportation Commission has scheduled two work sessions. The first session will be held Monday, Sept. 26 beginning at 5 p.m. and the second session will begin Tuesday, Sept. 27 at 8 a.m. Both sessions will be held in the Materials conference room of the Iowa Department of Transportation's main complex, 800 Lincoln Way , Ames .

The sessions will focus on the department's Five Year Transportation Improvement Program. While transportation-related matters will be discussed, no action will be taken.
