Driver licenses stations closed for computer work and holiday

AMES, Iowa – All Iowa Department of Transportation driver license stations will be closed Saturday, Nov. 8, 2003, due to a scheduled move of DOT computers.

The following Iowa Department of Transportation driver license stations will be open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 10, 2003:  Carroll, Fort Dodge, Mason City, Dubuque, Marshalltown, Clinton, Burlington, Ottumwa and Muscatine.

On Monday, Nov. 10, 2003, Iowa Department of Transportation driver license stations located in Ames, Council Bluffs, Sioux City, Waterloo, Iowa City, Spencer, Cedar Rapids and Davenport will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

The Des Moines driver license station will be open Monday, Nov. 10, 2003, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

All Iowa Department of Transportation driver license stations will be closed Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2003, in observance of Veteran's Day and will resume normal operations Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2003.
