Product Evaluation Committee

The Iowa Department of Transportation (DOT) has a products evaluation committee that evaluates and makes recommendations with regard to new products. The committee's function is to determine the needs and feasibility of using any particular new product.

If you would like to submit a product for potential Iowa DOT use, you will need to complete the Data for Product, Material, or Procedure Evaluation form. This link will take you directly to the form in the Iowa DOT Forms Management website. Fill the form out electronically and save as a PDF, using the PDF button in Forms Management, and return it via postal mail or e-mail.

To return the form by mail, send the completed form to:
