The maps listed below can be ordered directly from the Iowa Department of Transportation via the phone numbers provided or by completing and mailing an order form.The order forms are available in PDF format. To view the forms you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader™ installed on your PC. Detailed information on downloading and installing the Acrobat Reader can be found on the Adobe website. When ordering maps, please include Iowa Sales Tax. All non-governmental agencies or individuals within the State of Iowa are required to pay county sales tax. Out of state agencies or individuals are not required to pay sales tax. |
