Download the BIAS 2000 program. This file is a self-extracting executable file. Once the download is complete, double-click on the file to extract the contents. One of the files extracted is a setup program (setup.exe). Run this program to install the BIAS 2000 program.
- Master English Bid Item File If your project is in English units, download this file and place it in the same directory where the BIAS 2000 program is installed. Whenever the list of English bid items is updated, the master bid item file must be updated.
- Master Metric Bid Item File If your project is in metric units, download this file and place it in the same directory where the BIAS 2000 program is installed. Whenever the list of metric bid items is updated, the master bid item file must be updated.

Concept Statement for Local Systems Federal-Aid Projects, Form 517001

This form should be completed early in the project development process and submitted to the Iowa DOT's administering office. See

Environmental Data Sheet, Form 517006

Counties that are or will be borrowed ahead more than four years shall complete and submit this Microsoft Excel worksheet to their local Iowa DOT's district office whenever Check Plans for a project or projects involving FM funds are submitted for letting. For more information, refer to the
