Weekly Mailings

As a service to our customers, the Office of Local Systems sends out a variety of information on a regular basis. You may complete the request form to sign up to receive our mailings. The information you provide on the request form will not be shared with anyone outside the Iowa DOT. This information will be used strictly for official Iowa DOT business.

Note: It will be your responsibility to keep this information updated. If your E-mail or mailing address is not valid, your name will be removed from our mailing list without any notification. To update your contact information, simply complete and submit the request form again.

To view the mailing information online, select the appropriate mailing index year shown above. The mailing index will show when all mailings were sent out electronically or in hard copy format. If it was sent electronically, you can access the document by clicking on the subject title link. If a hard copy was sent, it is not accessible from the Web site.

If you would like to send information to our mailing list, please contact Tammi Bell. The Iowa DOT has sole discretion concerning the type of information that may be sent to the Office of Local Systems mailing list. Electronic mailings are usually sent out within forty-eight hours from receipt. If hard copies are provided, they will be mailed out. If the information is not date sensitive it will be held and will be mailed with other information at a later date. Electronic mailings began in May of 2001. However, only the current and previous calendar year information is available on-line.
