Church and service club signs  Church and service club signs display a message relating to the facilities' locations, services or meetings. The size is restricted to 8 square feet. The signs must be place on private property and permitted though the Iowa Department of Transportation's Office of Traffic and Safety, advertising management section. There is no application fee and no annual fee associated with church or service club signs. Apply for a church or service club sign.
