Northbound I-29 offramp closureNov. 13, 2015 - Nov. 2016
Bridge and pavement reconstruction requires closure of the northbound Interstate 29 off-ramp to Floyd Boulevard (exit 147) beginning Friday, Nov. 13, until November 2016, according to the Iowa Department of Transportationís Sioux City construction office.
Traffic will be detoured to the exit 148 off-ramp, left on Wesley Parkway, to southbound I-29 and then Floyd Blvd. See map for further details.
Wesley Parkway northbound I-29 onramp closureSept. 21 - Oct. 30
Ramp construction work, in conjunction with the Interstate 29 reconstruction project, in Sioux City, will require closing the northbound I-29 Wesley Parkway on-ramp beginning at 8 a.m. Monday, Sept. 21, until Wednesday, Oct. 30, weather permitting, according to the Iowa Department of Transportationís District 3 Office in Sioux City.
Traffic will be directed onto a signed detoured around the work zone. View signed detour route. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes.
Northbound I-29 near Sergeant Bluff interchangeMarch 30 - Nov. 2015
Road reconstruction work will require lane closure in both directions of Interstate 29 from 0.5 mile south to 1 mile north of the Sergeant Bluff interchange (exit 141), project completion is anticipated November 25, weather permitting, according to the Iowa Department of Transportationís Sioux City construction office.
Status updateMonday, March 30 through Wednesday, Nov. 25 the contractor will reconstruct the southbound lanes and bridges through Sergeant Bluff.
