Project Description:
This work involves rebuilding the freeway's mainline traffic lanes from just south of Guthrie Avenue to Broadway Avenue. When completed, there will be three mainline traffic lanes in each direction along the freeway. The bridges over Guthrie and Hull avenues will be replaced to accommodate the additional lanes. A new median bridge will be installed at Broadway Avenue.

Short- and longer-term entrance and exit ramp closures will be required at various locations along this section. Two lanes of traffic in each direction on the mainline will be maintained during peak drive times.
