Project Description:
Work involves rebuilding the freeway's mainline traffic lanes from just east of the Des Moines River bridges to near East 15th Street. This includes reconstruction of the East 15th Street bridges.

Short- and longer-term entrance and exit ramp closures will be required at various locations along this section. Two lanes of traffic in each direction on the mainline will be maintained during peak drive times.
