HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE MANHOLE ADJUSTING RINGS

• The Ladtech High Density Polyethylene Manhole Adjusting Rings consists of the rings sealed to the manhole structure and casting and placing one ring over the other by means of the use of an approved Butyl sealant.

• The Ladtech manhole adjusting rings are moleded from high density polyethylene as defined in ASTM D 4976.

• The Ladtech manhole adjusting rings can be shipped as “Flat” and/or as “Slopping” rings to match the specified grade of the structure.

• All final grade adjustment of manhole covers and frame assemblies can be completed utilizing injection molded high density polyethylene (HDPE) adjusted rings.

• All adjustment for matching road grade should be made utilizing a molded and indexed slope ring.

• Ladtech HDPE meets the requirements of AASHTO Hs-20 traffic rated.

• The annular space between the rings and cone basin, the rings, the rings and cover frame should be sealed utilizing an approve Butyl sealant.

• Installation of Ladtech HDPE shall be per manufacture’s recomondations.

• Ladtch HDPE adjusting rings are light weight (approximately 6 pounds per ring)
