Below is a list of files and a brief description of what they contain:

dsnSeedE.2pf10  - These are MicroStation seed files that are used to create
dsnSeedE.2pf100   standard profile / profile sheets. There are four
dsnSeedE.2pf20    different scales (100, 50, 20, and 10), and each file
dsnSeedE.2pf50    contains a single sheet. These seed files are not needed
                  if using the DOT sheet-assembly process, which
                  automatically attaches the sheet borders. Only if a user
                  decides to create a generic profile / profile sheet will
                  they need these files, which already have the sheet
                  borders set up correctly

dsnSeedE.pln10  - These are MicroStation seed files that are used to create
dsnSeedE.pln100   standard full plan sheets. There are four different scales
dsnSeedE.pln20    (100, 50, 20, and 10), and each file contains a single
dsnSeedE.pln50    sheet. These seed files are not needed if using the DOT
