Below is a list of files and a brief description of what they contain:

batplot.exe      - This is a self-extracting zip file that contains a Visual
                   Basic program used for plotting plan sheets. It is a front
                   end which uses the IPLOT command prompt method of sending
                   plots. This program will not function unless IPLOT is
                   installed and available on the computer

bias2000.exe     - This is a self-extracting zip file that contains a Visual
                   Basic program that is used to tabulate project bid items
                   and quantities. There is a readme file contain in the
                   download that explains how to install and use the program.
                   There are two additional files that must be downloaded in
                   order for the program to work, which are ITEMSE.TXT and
                   ITEMSM.TXT. Both of these files need to be downloaded for
                   the program to run

copyseed.exe     - This is a self-extracting zip file that contains a Visual
                   Basic program used for selecting the correct seed file. The
                   program presents a list of possible choices for seed files,
                   and based on the user's selection, the appropriate seed file
                   is used to make a copy for the user

itemse.txt.htm   - This is the master item list for the English bid items for
                   the Bias 2000 program. The items are updated on a regular
                   basis, so be sure to download the latest list so that your
                   bid items are current. Remember that both the English and
                   Metric lists need to be downloaded in order for the program
                   to work correctly

itemsm.txt.htm   - This is the master item list for the Metric bid items for
                   the Bias 2000 program. The items are updated on a regular
                   basis, so be sure to download the latest list so that your

levelchart.exe   - This self-extracting zip file contains a MicroStation file as
                   well as a Microsoft Word document and a PDF file that detail
                   the leveling schemes used by the Office of Design for the
                   various plan sheets we develop. 

master_excel.exe - This self-extracting zip file contains two different Excel
                   files that are master Excel files for the Tabfill process.
                   One is English, and the other is Metric. Both files are
                   needed for the tabfill program to work correctly. The Excel
                   files will be updated approx. every 6 months as the Road
                   Design Details (Tabulations) are revised. 

tabfill.exe      - This self-extracting zip file contains several different
                   components that make up a process for filling out tabulations
                   in MicroStation using Microsoft Excel. There is a CopyTabfill
                   Visual Basic program that lets a user create a blank Excel
                   tabulation which can be filled out. Then there is an
                   ExcelTabfill Visual Basic program and a MicroStation macro
                   which allows the user to import the data from the Excel file
                   into MicroStation. There is also a Word document that contains
                   complete instructions on how to use these programs. Note that
                   there is an additional file that must be downloaded seperately,
                   which is called MASTER_EXCEL.EXE
