Below is a list of files and a brief description of what they contain:

OrdE.cel        - This cell library contains all of the standard cells that
                  are used by the Office of Design to develop plan sheets
                  and other plan details

PhotoE.cel      - This cell library contains all the cells required for
		  Photogrammetry to build a Photo (.PHO) file

SheetShapeE.cel - This cell library contains sheet shapes. These sheet
		  shapes are used to define the clip limits of plan and
                  profile views that are used to construct plan sheets

SoilsE.cel      - This cell library contains all the cells required for
	          Soils Design to build Soils sheets
