Data requests are not necessarily answered in the order they are received nor are they necessarily answered directly by the Iowa DOT's Highway Division, Engineering Bureau or Office of Traffic and Safety. Your request may be forwarded to a more appropriate agency. Finally, be advised that request complexity directly influences timeliness of response.
