The Iowa Transportation Commission today approved a RISE Immediate Opportunity grant application submitted by Hancock County . Up to $270,000, from the county share of the RISE fund , will be made available to assist in paving 2,600 feet of Welch Avenue and 2,700 feet of 240 th Street to provide access to Harvest Biofuels, LLC's new ethanol plant. |

The Iowa Transportation Commission today approved a RISE Immediate Opportunity grant application submitted by Winnebago County . Up to $150,000, from the county share of the RISE fund, will be made available to assist in the construction of approximately 2,300 feet of Winnebago County roads A-42 and R-34, including right-turn lanes at the intersection of the two county roads. The improvements provide access to the Christensen Farms feed mill facility. |
