Revitalize Iowa's Sound Economy (RISE) Default and Proposed Settlement – Clarinda
The Commission approved a $72,161 default settlement of a 2002 RISE grant to the city of Clarinda. The default is in connection with the failure to create an adequate number of jobs at H&H Trailer Company.

Transfer of Jurisdiction – U.S. 20 in Calhoun, Sac and Webster Counties and the Cities of Sac City, Lytton and Rockwell City
Transfers to Calhoun, Sac and Webster counties and the cities of Sac City, Lytton and Rockwell City approximately 44.62 miles of  U.S. 20. The state will prepare and forward quitclaim deeds to the affected jurisdictions for the appropriate portions of transferred U.S. 20.
