Revitalize Iowa 's Sound Economy (RISE) Application – Alton
The Commission approved a RISE local development application submitted by the city of Alton. Up to $232,000 will be made available to grade and pave approximately 1,432 feet of Industrial Road and 601 feet of Sioux Street to the west side of Iowa 10. This project is located on the east side of Alton and will provide access to four lots totaling 17.2 acres in the city's industrial park.

RISE Application – Sibley
The Commission approved a RISE local development application submitted by the city of Sibley. Up to $231,682 will be made available to grade and pave extensions of Egret Drive and Industrial Drive approximately 925 feet and 700 feet, respectively, to the east of the exiting roadways. The proposed project will provide access to 14.3 acres in the Sibley Industrial Park.
