PP-2004-89 Revitalize Iowa's Sound Economy (RISE) Default and Proposed Settlement – city of Norwalk
The Commission approved a $14,753 default settlement of a 1998 RISE grant to the city of Norwalk. The default is in connection to failure to fulfill the jobs creation contingency provisions of the Norwalk Business Center project.
