Transfer of Jurisdiction – Tank Farm Road Access to U.S. 275/Iowa 92 -
Transfers to the city of Council Bluffs an approximate one-quarter mile segment of Tank Farm Road located south of U.S. 275/Iowa 92 just west of the I-29 interchange. The state will pay the city of Council Bluffs $85,000, which is the amount necessary to put the roadway in a good state of repair. The proposed transfer will take place following execution of an agreement by both the city and state.
