Committees

The Iowa Department of Transportation (Iowa DOT) has established a project advisory committee to provide input on various issues ranging from public involvement to project impacts. The project advisory committee will meet several times during the course of the project to review project progress and discuss project issues. The project advisory committee consists of the following members representing the city of Council Bluffs, Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and Iowa DOT.

Additional subcommittees may be formed as needed to provide input to the Iowa DOT on issues such as aesthetic treatments and noise impacts.
