During construction of the CBIS improvements project, alternate routes to get to your final destination may be quicker and help reduce congestion through construction areas. This page includes maps of alternate routes to get to various Council Bluffs locations during construction.The Highway U.S. 275/N-92 bridge over the Missouri River (South Omaha Veterans Memorial Bridge) will be closed in both directions for nine months beginning Sept. 8, 2009.
