FY 2014 Airport State Funding Application

Completed applications are due in the Office of Aviation by 4 p.m. on Thursday, May 9, 2013.  Late applications will not be considered.  Email completed, signed applications to kay.thede@dot.iowa.gov or mail to the address below.

Complete applications will include:

Airport State Funding Grant Application (also includes an application checklist) Airport Funding Application Project Data Sheet (complete one for each project Five-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Resolution from local governmental jurisdiction endorsing the project Planning documents as required (project shown on airport layout plan, security plan, pavement management plan) Copy of city/county airport zoning ordinance if not available on the airport page of the Office of Aviation website Minority Impact Statement
