FY 2011 Airport State Funding Application

Completed applications are due in the Office of Aviation by 4 p.m. on Wednesday, May 5, 2010.  Late applications will not be considered.  Applications may be e-mailed if they include the authorized signature of the airport sponsor.

Complete applications will include:

Airport Funding Grant Application – form 291114 (also includes an application checklist) Airport Funding Application Project Data Sheet – form 291115 (complete one for each project Five -Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) – form 291112 Resolution from local governmental jurisdiction endorsing the project Planning documents as required (project shown on airport layout plan, security plan, pavement management plan) Minority Impact Statement
