BackAll FFY 2014 preapplication materials must be submitted to the Iowa DOT Office of Aviation by
Friday, Jan. 11, 2013. Information regarding planning and the application process can be found at:

Complete applications will include:
- Sponsor identification and checklist (Word)
- CIP Data Sheet - One for each project in first three years of CIP (Word)
Signed and dated by the sponsor - Five-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) (Word)
Email draft copy to scott.tener@faa.com for comment by November 16, 2012.
Final version must be signed by the sponsor - Long-Range Needs Assessment (Word)
- Planning documents as required
- Revenue producing facilities
Documentation that shows all airside needs met, approaches are clear and the project is justified.
