BackAll anticipated FFY 2012 projects must be submitted to the Office of Aviation by
Monday, Dec. 13, 2010. Information regarding planning and the application process can be found at:

- State Role in Federal Application Process (PDF)
- Developing Your Airport Through Sound Capital Planning Practices(PDF)
Complete applications will include:
- Sponsor identification and checklist (PDF)
- ACIP Data Sheet - One for each project in first three years of CIP (Word Doc)
Signed and dated by the sponsor - Five-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP)
Signed by the sponsor - Long-Range Needs Assessment (Word Doc)
- Planning documents as required
Revenue producing facilities must include a statement indicating:
1) all airside needs met, approaches clear and project justified
