All anticipated FFY 2012 projects must be submitted to the Office of Aviation by
Monday, Dec. 13, 2010.  Information regarding planning and the application process can be found at:

Complete applications will include:

• Sponsor identification and checklist (PDF)
• ACIP Data Sheet - One for each project in first three years of CIP (Word Doc)
  Signed and dated by the sponsor
• Five-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP)  
  Signed by the sponsor
• Long-Range Needs Assessment (Word Doc)
• Planning documents as required
  
  • Snow plow sizing spreadsheet (if applicable)
  • Apron sizing spreadsheet (if applicable)
  Revenue producing facilities must include a statement indicating:
  1) all airside needs met, approaches clear and project justified
