Transfer
of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑262‑0(1)‑‑2M‑99,
between Wright County and the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred
that portion of Iowa 262 from a junction with US 69 approximately 475 feet
south of the W ¼ Corner Section 13‑T91N‑R24W easterly to the west
corporation line of the City of Galt to county jurisdiction on July 15, 1980.
Transfer
of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑262‑0(2)‑‑2M‑99,
between the City of Galt and the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred
that portion of Iowa 262 from the west corporation line of the City of Galt
southeasterly and northerly to Second Street to city jurisdiction on July 22,
1980.
PROPOSAL/ACTION
RECOMMENDATION:
It
is recommended the commission approve deleting the attached description of
