Winnebago County); thence in a north‑easterly direction through Section 7‑T100N‑R22W
to the Iowa‑Minnesota State line at a point approximately 1200 feet east
of the NW Corner Section 7‑T100N‑R22W in Worth County, Iowa.

substantially parallel to the Minneapolis and Saint Louis Railroad to the Iowa‑Minnesota
