129 begins on the Iowa‑Nebraska State line (west corporation line of
PROPOSAL/ACTION
RECOMMENDATION:
Locate Interstate
129 in
Beginning on
the Iowa‑Nebraska State line (west corporation line of Sioux City) at a
point approximately 3000 feet west and 1250 feet north of the SE Corner Section
12‑T88N‑R48W; thence southeasterly through Section 12‑T88N‑R48W
to a point approximately 1600 feet west and 950 feet north of the SE Corner of
Section 12‑T83N‑R48W (at the center of the interchange of
Interstate 29 and Iowa 520) in Sioux City, Iowa.
NOW,
THEREFORE: Be it resolved that the Iowa Department of Transportation approve
the location of Interstate 129 in
NOTE: To
become effective upon the adoption of this resolution.
