TITLE: Approving removal of Iowa 53 in Webster County

Remove Iowa 53 in Webster County, Iowa, as follows:

Beginning at a point on Iowa 175 approximately 90 feet north of the SE Corner Section 12‑T86N‑R30W; thence north approximately 75 feet to the south corporation line of the Town of Gowrie connecting with Fourth Street.

Gowrie

Beginning at the south corporation line at a point approximately 165 feet north of the SE Corner Section 12‑T86N‑R30W; thence north on Fourth Street to Market Street; thence west on Market Street to Lynd Street.

NOW THEREFORE: Be it resolved that the Iowa State Highway Commission approve the removal of Iowa 53 in Webster County, Iowa.

NOTE: To became effective as per agreement dated 6‑26‑68.
