at the north line of Oak Street
and Central Avenue;
thence north on Central Avenue
to the north corporation line.
Beginning on the north corporation
line of Allerton connecting with Central Avenue; thence north following
substantially the section line of Section 2‑T68N‑R22W and Secs.
35, 26 and 23‑T69N‑R22W to a point approximately
1,350 feet north of the SW Corner Section 23‑T69N‑R22W (junction Iowa 2).

Iowa 40 begins at a point in Allerton, and travels northerly approximately 3 miles to a
junction with Iowa
2.
Due
to a review of our Primary Road System Records Iowa 40 in Wayne County
should be deleted and the new description should be officially included into
the Primary System.
PROPOSAL/ACTION
RECOMMENDATION:
It
is recommended that the old description of Iowa
40 in Wayne County be deleted and the new
description, as referred in the attached detailed description, be included in the Primary Road System effective upon the
adoption of this resolution.

Iowa 40 and its extension in Wayne County
as follows:
Allerton:
Beginning
on an unnamed street at Oak Street;
thence northerly to the north corporation line connecting with an unnamed
street.
Beginning on the north corporation
line of the City of Allerton connecting with an
unnamed street; thence northerly following substantially the section line of Section
