DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND:
Transfer of
jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑400‑0(4), between Warren County
and the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred that portion of Iowa 400
from near the W ¼ Corner Section 7‑T74N‑R25W easterly to the east
ramps of I‑35 near the center of Section 7‑T74N‑R25W to
county jurisdiction on August 1, 1980.
PROPOSAL/ACTION
RECOMMENDATION:
It is
recommended the commission approve deleting the present description of

Warren County (E ¼ Corner Section 12-T74N‑R26W, Madison County); thence
in an easterly direction following substantially the center section line to a

Interstate 35); thence easterly following substantially the center section line
to a point near the center of Section 7‑T74N‑R25W.
