Addendum number 2001-4-164A to Preconstruction Agreements 96-4-190 and
2001-4-164, between the City of Eddyville and the Iowa Department of
Transportation, wherein the City agrees to accept ownership of and
responsibility for future maintenance of that portion of unsigned Iowa 437 which
begins on an unnamed street at a dead-end (approximately 1180 feet north and
2050 feet east of the SW Corner Section 6-T73N-R15W; thence northeasterly on
said unnamed street to the junction with Merino Avenue (approximately 2210 feet
north and 1910 feet west of the SE Corner Section 6-T73N-R15W) was approved by the
Iowa Department of Transportation by Staff Action Number S-2009-0696 on March
23, 2009.
