Remove Iowa 380 and locate Iowa 389 in Wapello County, Iowa, as follows:

Beginning at the junction of US 63 near the E ¼ Corner Section 25‑T73N‑R14W; thence west to the W ¼ Corner Section 25‑T73N‑R14W; thence north approximately .25 mile to the Ottumwa Municipal Airport.

NOW THEREFORE: Be it resolved that the Iowa State Highway Commission approve the route number change in Wapello County, Iowa.
