Transfer
of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑173‑1(8)‑‑2M‑83,
between Shelby County and the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred
the road section from the Shelby‑Cass County line near the SW Corner Section
36‑T78N‑R37W north to the south corporation line of the City of Elk
Horn to state jurisdiction on September 23, 1980. The section is now designated
Transfer
of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑173‑1(7)‑‑2M‑83,
between the City of Elk Horn and the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred
the road section from the south corporation line of Shelby north to 155 feet
south of the north side of Broadway to state jurisdiction on July 28, 1980.
The section is now designated

RECOMMENDATION:
It
is recommended the commission approve deleting the present description of
