Transfer of
jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑000‑0(10), between Polk County and
the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred the road section from the
north corporation line of the City of Pleasant Hill approximately 1800 feet
north of the SW Corner Section 35‑T79N‑R23W north to the south
corporation line of the City of Altoona near the W ¼ Corner Section 23‑T79N‑R23W,
and from the north corporation line of the City of Altoona approximately 800
feet south of the NW Corner Section 23-T79N-R23W north to the south corporation
line of the City of Altoona approximately 2000 feet north of the SW Corner Section
14‑T79N‑R23W to state jurisdiction on July 24, 1980. The road section is now designated unsigned

jurisdiction by the City of Altoona, transferred the road section along the
west corporation line of the City of Altoona from near the W ¼ Corner Section 23‑T79N‑R23W
north to approximately 800 feet south of the NW Corner Section 23‑T79N‑R23W,
and along the west corporation line of the City of Altoona from approximately
2000 feet north of the SW Corner Section 14‑T79N‑R23W north to US 6
and US 65 approximately 1200 feet south of the NW Corner Section 14‑T79N‑R23W
to state jurisdiction on July 24, 1980.
