Remove Iowa 338 in Bondurant, Polk County, Iowa as follows:

Beginning on Grant Street at a point on the south corporation line approximately 230 feet east of the SW Corner Section 31‑T80N‑R22W; thence north on Grant Street 3072 feet; thence northeast 115 feet; thence north on Grant Street to a point one block south of First Street; thence east 346 feet; thence north on Main Street approximately 546 feet to the Chicago & Great Western Railway.

NOW THEREFORE: Be it resolved that the Iowa State Highway Commission approve the removal of Iowa 338 in Bondurant, Polk County, Iowa.

NOTE: To become effective as per agreement date March 29, 1972.
